"I have been an artist my entire life, from drawing people when I was a toddler to getting a bachelors degree in art. When my grandmother passed away in 2012, who is a member of the Little Shell Tribe in Montana, I inherited most of her jewelry and made myself a promise to wear a piece every day. This is when I became obsessed with jewelry, earrings in particular. She had lots of Native American pieces. I started buying earrings from local Native American artists. Some of my grandma's jewelry would need repairing, so I would get the pieces to repair. Over the years I started thinking if I was able to transpose my art onto jewelry and create unique pieces. This is where my journey began in 2022, after getting married and moving across the country, I envisioned this hobby that became a passion."
